The connectivity between Sierra Chart and Rithmic only allows for a single connection at a time. So if you are connected to Jigsaw at the same time, then you will not be able to get the data to Sierra Chart. Please ensure you do not have any other connections to Rithmic when you are trying to get the COMEX data and then see if it works in Sierra Chart.
