Hi John, Thank you for your reply. However, I have to be honest: I’ve been using Sierra Chart for over 10 years and I pay monthly for the software. I know very well how the connection process works, including the limitation of single connections. The issue I’m raising is different. I am NOT connected through Jigsaw at the same time, yet Sierra still does not provide me access to the COMEX feed via Rithmic. This is not about a simultaneous login, but about why the feed that works on Jigsaw does not work in Sierra. I would really appreciate a more detailed explanation, or guidance on what exactly needs to be configured in Sierra to resolve this. A generic reminder about single connections does not solve the problem. Best regards, Anita |
