Post From: Unable to Connect Sierra Chart with Rithmic (Apex Account) – Still Paying but Not Working

Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I am reaching out because I have been unable to use Sierra Chart with my Apex Trader Funding account through Rithmic, even though I have already paid for 3 months of service.

Here are the details:
  •  My Apex account and Rithmic credentials are working correctly. I can log in without issues on NinjaTrader using the same credentials.
  •  I have already completed all required agreements (NinjaTrader, Apex, Rithmic, CME non-professional certification, etc.).
  •  I am subscribed to Service Package 12 on Sierra Chart and my account is active.
  •  Despite this, Sierra Chart has never connected successfully with Rithmic.
  •  I am running Sierra Chart on a Mac with Parallels, so I am wondering if this could be part of the issue, or if there is a specific configuration I may be missing.

At this point, I am paying for a service that I cannot use. Could you please help me identify why Sierra is not able to connect with Rithmic while NinjaTrader works fine?

I would really appreciate a detailed step-by-step guide or confirmation whether there is a compatibility issue with Parallels.
