We really need more information to know for certain what is occurring. In particular, are you getting any error messages? Most likely, you are getting a "Permission Denied" error, in which case refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure Another potential issue is that you can only have Sierra Chart connected to that account. So if you have NinjaTrader connected, then you will not be able to connect with Sierra Chart. This is a limitation on the Rithmic software that they use to connect to Sierra Chart.
