There is nothing in that snippet from your Message Log that notes any particular issues. The following: 2025-09-03 19:58:03.159 | Rithmic Direct - DTC | Server indicated market data is not supported. Not sending market data request. Symbol: ESU5.CME.
States that you are not setup to get Market Depth data from Rithmic, therefore the system is not going to request it. and the following: 2025-09-03 19:58:03.159 | Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled. Symbol: ESU5.CME. Data Type: Intraday data.
Could mean that you do not have the "Historical Data" Username/Password entered, but it also could be the typical response from Rithmic as they have a lack of historical data available. -- If you are still having an issue, then we need to see your entire log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
