Hi There, My charts are not getting live data atm, could you please direct me on this, thanks. States that you are not setup to get Market Depth data from Rithmic, therefore the system is not going to request it. and the following: 2025-09-03 19:58:03.159 | Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled. Symbol: ESU5.CME. Data Type: Intraday data.
Could mean that you do not have the "Historical Data" Username/Password entered, but it also could be the typical response from Rithmic as they have a lack of historical data available. -- If you are still having an issue, then we need to see your entire log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Also please note following. Until about 2-3days ago, everything was working fine and I have not changed any settings since. Please find couple of Chart messages, from two instances(two different brokers, but both use Rithmic), attached. |
