The compression settings in the Sierra Chart settings is only for the data from us. That will not make any difference to the data from Rithmic.

We really can not say where the issue comes from. You were using the option for "Delete Data and Download" when you saw gaps, so it sounds like you had already hit your limit prior to your doing this. But again, we can not say - particularly since Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so you may have been missing data, just due to Rithmic not sending it or having it available.

The best solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. Although for the CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, and Prop Firms do not count towards this requirement. Refer to the following:
