Hi User610117, I have been using SC for years and had the same problem: "becoming slower and slower for me". I always thought the problem was due to my old computer. One day, I looked up an old chart that I had made in the year 2013 to see what Studies I was using in those days and I could not believe how responsive that old chart was! I found what the problem was (in my case). I had been using the "Chart --> Duplicate Chart" function over and over on the same symbol. This is no good. I duplicated the 2013 chart to make a current 2025 chart and it was just as responsive as the original 2013 chart. So it seems that Duplicating a chart over many many years will degrade its performance. |
