I purchased your one-month "package number 11" today but my account for the same package was charged twice or more. Kindly please have one of the two purchases canceled and the same amount refunded to my account. I intended to purchase "Dennali data feed" but there isn't enough money in my account

I have always renewed and been charged regularly for the following services. This time, I renewed just one day late, and all services were deactivated. I have already added another $50 on top of $126 to my account. Could you please restore my services to a monthly basis? Your account is currently set to Package 11 and you have the "CME E-Mini" exchange active. You did add 3 additional months of Usage Time to your account by selecting the "Update and Renew Now" button for the Choose Service Package. This was not necessary. You had 14 days of Usage Time remaining. It was just the exchange that did not renew on August 1, 2025 due to insufficient funds at that time. We can refund 1, 2, or 3 months of the Usage Time back to your Services Surplus. We can also refund as much of the Services Surplus balance back to your payment method, less a $5.00 processing fee.
