MNQU5 - will not download any data, NQ is totally fine, every instrument is fine but this

scratching my head here

NQ micros will not download anything, no data at all. I closed every chartbook, reopened this single chartbook with the ticker and it will not download at all. Message log included, I do not know why it is doing this. Its only this ticker. Please help

We see you are using Rithmic data. We are not able to help with Rithmic data. However, check the Window >> Message Log for any errors related to this. Your broker will need to help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

hello
i sent in the log file but disregard
i switched over to SC feed, downloaded, then switched back to Rithmic, and finally it kicked in and started downloading

i know it shouldn't help because the symbols are different, but for some reason it worked for me.
