is there a way to understand the logic of the raw data thats coming from the memory and not the scid file? i have very different numbers in between those 2 raw datapoints

The data starts in the file, then is loaded and turned into the bars that make up the chart. The actual individual trades that make up the bars that are stored in the .scid file are not kept in memory.

Although that should not make any difference.

What exactly do you mean by "I have very different numbers in between those 2 raw datapoints"? We need more information on what you are viewing, how you are viewing it, and what you are comparing.

i was pulling data from the memory with a bridge! to implement them in some calculations running outside of sierra! and i was looking at raw data from the scid file! and there were different raw time datapoints! But as I understand the scid file updates already quite fast? I might just take the data fromt he scid file and erase the bridge completely! how long does the data processing from the denali datafeed take to be seen in the scid file?

Intraday File Flush Time in Milliseconds (0=default) i could lower that setting to get the data faster from the buffer into the scid file?
