Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am suddenly unable to connect to the Denali data feed. When I attempt to connect: Service Connection Error Connection error message from service: Teton CME Routing | Logon error received from server: Secondary instance is not allowing connections to this server | Date-Time: 2025-08-30 23:56:00 This is confusing because I only open a single instance of Sierra Chart running on my computer. According to the error, it seems the system detects two connections from different devices, which is not correct. Could you please investigate and reset my connection count on your end? Also, please advise on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Willy |

There is no such setting like this: Could you please investigate and reset my connection count on your end?
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Connect to the data feed: Select "File >> Disconnect" Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed" After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. It is not unusual to get the message that you quoted, sometimes. It just indicates a temporary connection problem. Which normally is resolved in a matter of seconds.
