Connection lost orders not closing properly

I was trading NQ and GC today when i lost connection, when i regained connection my orders would not close properly on either chart. When i try to flatten my position i get an error message saying "2025-09-02 20:55:04.864 | #4 NQU5.CME [CBV] 1000 Volume | User order entry | Unable to Flatten/Reverse. Position does not exist | Symbol: NQU5.CME | TradeAccount: APEX-389450-03 *"

This is due to Rithmic not having responded properly. This is a known issue with Rithmic and there is nothing we can do to solve it. If you believe these orders may still be open, then call your broker and verify the current status of the positions and take the appropriate action based on the status. Once you are flat in the market for this account, then you will need to manually add any missing order fills to your Trade Activity Log in order to ensure that Sierra Chart has the correct reflection of what occurred. Hi John, thank you for the response. None of my trades since this have been logged with my broker but how do I reset my charts back to normal? I have tried to reset my charts and reload the symbols but I’m still having the same issue. To close a position I have to open one or vice versa but then that position will stay open so I’m never flat. Other charts and symbols are working fine though.
