What is the exact symbol you are viewing and what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? If you are connected to Interactive Brokers, then this data would be coming from them. In which case you need to ask Interactive Brokers about what is occurring. Yes QB instance is on IB. Symbols are XAUUSD, XAGUSD. However, another install is connected to SC Data. Both installs though, the symbols are selected under CFD - FXCM (real-time). What are the best sources to use for this spot data for each install? And are any of them working currently? |

We are not seeing any issue with this data from us. In order to get this data from us, you would need to be connected to one of the Sierra Chart provided services. This would be any of the following: - SC Data - Trading Evaluator - Trading Evaluator - Delayed - Teton CME Order Routing Otherwise, the system it going to ask the connected trading service for the data, and they may not have it, or may not have it in that particular symbol. If they do have the data, then you need to ensure that you have the correct symbol for that trading service. This is now working fine again after restarting SC. Suspect may have been related to putting system to sleep with SC running, though often that also works fine. Still curious anyway, what other data sources are available for XAUUSD and XAGUSD spot gold and silver prices in SC, and any source you would recommend as better? |

We have data from FXCM for this. The only other data provider we connect with that might have this data is Interactive Brokers. You would need to check with them and see what the symbols would be for this data.
