Hello, Please let me know if I have some setting incorrect for these two contracts. The notation in your Chart Header just after the symbol that shows "[C-D]" means that you have a Continuous Futures Contract Option enabled, which we can see in the settings window, but it is disabled for some reason. In other words, there was some error that is causing it not to work. Please do the following for us: - Select "Window >> Message Log". - On the Message Log window, select "Edit >> Clear Log" - Select "Close" to close the Message Log window. - On one of the charts where you are having this issue, select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". - A new window will come up that has the list of contracts for data to be downloaded (or at least it should - if it does not then stop and let us know). Select the button for "Select All" and then select "OK" to download all the data. Thanks John. The "new window that has the list of contracts for data to be downloaded" did not come up. That would definitely cause the issue. Please update your symbol settings by following these instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings And disable the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" by ensuring there is NOT a checkmark next to it. Refer to the following: Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) Then go to those charts and select "Chart >> Reload and Recalculate" for each one. Thank you John. I updated symbol settings, made sure the custom symbol settings box was unchecked, and reload/recalculated...no change to the charts.

Please select "File >> Reconnect". Then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Let us know if this resolves it. If not, then please try opening a new chart and see if that is able to properly load the data. I have done file>reconnect, edit>delete all data and download and it did not resolve the data missing for MBT or MET. I opened a new historical chart for METQ25_FUT_CME, then enabled continuous contracts by date and it still does not properly load the data.

Not sure if this additional information is helpful, but I just tried to place an order in METQ25_FUT_CME and got the error "Trade order error - LastTradingDateForSymbol is not known. Need to resubmit order."

There was a change done to some symbol settings that did not fully roll out to the customer base that caused this issue. Please update to the latest Pre-Release in order to resolve this issue.
