Dear Support,

I cannot place a trade. Please see the log below and advise. Thank you.

The log shows the following:

Which is stating that you are not allowed to trade MNQ with that account for some reason.

Is this an account you setup for yourself, or was this setup for you?

If it was setup for you, then you need to ask whomever is in control of the account to allow you to trade MNQ, or to explain why you are not able to trade it.

Hi John,

I created the sim account for myself. When I clicked on the DOM which had Trading Mode On enabled, my order was rejected and the error message above appeared. How can I get this fixed? Thank you.

You cannot use the real-time Trading Evaluator because you are not authorized to get real-time data for this reason:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.
