I currently have the "10 - Integrated Standard" subscription but upon logging out and then back in today I no longer have access to real time data. My subscription still has just under 200 days remaining. Do I need to re-activate data feeds for the various exchanges through the Activate Services page? Will I now be required to pay additional fees to regain access to real-time data? Thank you. |

yes of course, if you had not enough money on your account to renew the data-packages on Aug 1st, you will have to re-activate it (after a payment). Data-packages are charged by calendar-month

User234787: You have never been setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. What Order Routing service are you setup to use with your broker? Were you getting data through prior to Thursday of last week? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for your reply. It was my understanding that when I purchased a year's subscription to the "10 - Integrated Standard" package it included real-time streaming data for many exchanges. Per Sierra Chart's description of what is available through the "Denali Exchange Data Feed Service," which I should have access to, it states: "The Denali Exchange Data Feed provides real-time and historical data for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, EUREX, CFE, NASDAQ TotalView (also includes NYSE and AMEX), US Equities Consolidated Tape (NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ full volume. Top of book only), and CBOE Indices exchanges." I had everything properly setup when I initiated my annual subscription back in February. Everything was running smoothly until today, when I was forced to log out and back in again. Now I no longer have access to real-time data (e.g. CME E-Micros and E-Minis). I would like to know what has changed and what I need to do to remedy the situation. For reference my broker is AMP Futures and I use CQG order routing. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-08-04 20:42:20

John, To answer your question "Were you getting data through prior to Thursday of last week?" That should have been the Denali Exchange Data Feed via my annual subscription. It's why I paid for the annual subscription to the Integrated Standard package and it has been working fine until today, August 4th. It was working this morning in fact. |

It was my understanding that when I purchased a year's subscription to the "10 - Integrated Standard" package it included real-time streaming data for many exchanges. Per Sierra Chart's description of what is available through the "Denali Exchange Data Feed Service," which I should have access to, it states:
"The Denali Exchange Data Feed provides real-time and historical data for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, EUREX, CFE, NASDAQ TotalView (also includes NYSE and AMEX), US Equities Consolidated Tape (NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ full volume. The Integrated packages are necessary in order to be able to get the data, but you still need to setup, activate, and pay for the exchanges for which you want the real-time data from the exchanges that make up the Denali Exchange Data Feed. So you have not been getting data from our Denali Exchange data feed for this past year. Rather, we think you have been getting data from CQG. Although we had stopped supporting data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX several years ago, we found that there was a loophole, where some people were still able to get this data into Sierra Chart. We recently found and fixed this, so this data from CQG is no longer accessible in Sierra Chart. Therefore, you now need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed to get this data. We see that you had properly filled out the agreements, so you only need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once you have done, this then your data will be coming from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are not using the CQG data for anything else, then you can tell your broker to stop the CQG data, so you are not paying for it twice. John, I added a subscription for the real-time data I need and it seems to be fixed now. I was not aware of the loophole you describe. But I will say that based on your description it still should not have worked for me as my CQG account is setup ONLY for order routing; I do not subscribe to any data feeds through CQG. That's why I am subscribed through Sierra Chart! I will consider the issue resolved. Thanks again. |

We recommend double checking with your broker regarding the data from CQG, just to make certain. But if that is the case, then we can not say what occurred exactly, but the solution is still the same, as you have seen.
