error downloading historical intraday data permission denied

I've been trading with Sierra for a long time no, and all of a sudden an issue like this occurs It's not loading any of the previous bars. Although my connection is good with the Rithmic server and it still letting me place trades but its not just loading the rest of the data. I don't know what i should do cause everything was fine just today, now all of a sudden this happens

hey hello there i tried everything u said but its still not working. the problem is not that im not getting live market data. its just that when i close the app and reopen it the chart dosent continue like usual and just starts from where the market is at currently. and i cant go back to see the other data.

U see in the pictures i sent i closed the charts for a few minutes cause i was done then came back and it skipped like a whole 15 mins of data and started where the market currently was so i dont know what to do still

and ive been using the rithmic data feed for a while now it always gives me real time data so i dont think that is the issue here. i think thwe issue here is to see why the charts are following up.

With regards to missing historical data, this is common with Rithmic data. Refer to the following:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy

Given the missing historical data and the Permission Denied error, we do have to wonder if you have the entries on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for "Historical Data Username" and/or "Historical Data Password" correct. So we recommend checking those.

In the end, we recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed to get your data rather than using Rithmic.

To begin with, the issues you are having with Rithmic are common and there is nothing we can do to fix them. These issues come from Rithmic, and they have control over the software that is producing these issues. We have told them about this many times, but they have not fixed them. There is nothing we can do on our end to resolve it.

One thing that could help is to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. From what you state, it sounds like this will resolve your "Permission Denied" issue, and will definitely solve the issue of missing historical data.

The only issue with getting data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed is that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Prop Firms and Paper Trading accounts do not count towards this requirement. Also, you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that trading account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more on this:

Since you do not have an account that will qualify for this, we recommend the solution outlined in our "Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement". In those instructions, you are given "Stage 5", "Edge Clear" or "Cannon Trading" as potential brokers that will allow you to open an account for a minimal outlay. Stage 5 in particular typically only requires $100.00 to be in an account in order to qualify for the CME Group's Non-Professional requirement. Here is the link to that solution again:
