Denali feed activation: On September 1st I paid $162 for Service Package 10 (for 6 months) to restart my Sierra Chart account (D Brust trading). By oversight I had not signed my exchange agreements until today when I realized my charts were running about 10 minutes late. After signing the agreements, I was greeted with a charge of $39 to activate the Denali feed. I expected that would come out of my six month prepaid Service Package 10, but it was debited to my Surplus Services account that I had funded with $40 to cover future miscellaneous charges. Everything I read said that the Service Package included the Denali feed. If not, please let me know. Was it a one time activation charge? If it should have been paid from my Service Package 10, can that be corrected and the $39 be credited back to my Surplus Services account? Respectfully, David Brust |

The "Integrated" packages allow the use of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but they do not include it precisely. You still need to activate and pay for the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. We have tried to change all the locations where things like this are stated to make it more clear on this fact. If you can please let us know where you got the impression that the exchange fees were included in the package pricing, then let us know so we can adjust the wording. In the end, what you have paid for is correct. The exchange fees are in addition to the package fees.
